Staging & Decluttering
Our Team will personally give decluttering tips, assist with coordinating repairs or any necessary renovations, then professionally stage to best Highlight your Home, at Our Cost inclusive in the Standard Commissions received.
After your Home is Cleaned, Repaired, and Staged; at our Cost, Our Team will work with a Professional Photographer to Further Market your Property. We may even do additional footage via Drone or Virtual Tour depending on the Home.
Mass Exposure throughout
Along with the standard exposure on MLS, Our Team, at our Cost will send out Flyers, Eblasts, Web and Social Media Exposure and potential Neighborhood Newsletters featuring your Home to Prospective Buyers.
