Prepare for Sale
Just as it is important to wash your car when you plan to sell it; decluttering, cleaning and even minor repairs or renovations go a long way. Staging & professional photos is also a must.
Step 3
Marketing & Listing
Once the professional photos are completed and disclosures/listing contracts are filled out, assessing the market for the right time to Activate your Listing can be key to a fast sale.
Step 4
Open House & Showings
The first two weeks of exposure are the most imperative to obtaining the highest value for your home. Hosting Open Houses and Private Showings as much as possible during this time are highly encouraged.
Step 5
Reviewing Offers
Ideally, we will receive multiple offers if our marketing strategy, how the property shows, & the price is on point. We can then compare the offers, negotiate specific terms, & either Reject, Counter or Accept.
Step 6
Manage the Transaction
Once we Open Escrow, our Team will expedite the terms of the Contract and ensure we maintain the Timeline set until all contingencies are completed and the transfer of Title is Complete. We will also coordinate Inspections.
